Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mc186, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mc186 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will terminate any account found to belong to a player under this age, with immediate forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. The mc186 platform is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mc186, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed on your account or any mc186-affiliated account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter. mc186 reserves the right to request re-verification of eligibility at any point.

mc186 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts where eligibility criteria are not or can no longer be satisfied, without advance notice.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on mc186. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid, active email address that you personally own and control.
• Provide a valid Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification and security purposes.
• Select a strong, unique password of at least eight characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Immediately notify mc186 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

mc186 is not liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials, including losses arising from phishing attacks, credential sharing, or device compromise.

Account registration is free of charge. mc186 does not charge account maintenance fees.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mc186 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. mc186 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player lifecycle.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian Passport, or valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, clearly showing the account holder's name matching the registered account.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their government-issued ID, as requested by the mc186 compliance team.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload function within the player dashboard. mc186 will process KYC submissions within 24 hours on business days (WIB). Players will be notified of approval or rejection by email.

mc186 handles all KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits

mc186 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to the player wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 5 minutes during peak periods.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• mc186 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which mc186 accepts no responsibility.
• mc186 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming controls. See Responsible Gaming for further details.
• All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus credit) at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification (see Clause 4). Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending verification.
• Processing time: mc186 targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted via e-wallet or instant bank transfer. Withdrawals to conventional bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) may take up to 30 minutes during off-peak periods.
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Withdrawal limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced limits. Contact live support for details.
• mc186 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. In such cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Bonus credits that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the balance upon a withdrawal request where real-money funds are insufficient to cover the full request amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

mc186 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• One bonus per household/IP address: Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement range for mc186 bonuses is 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the promotional validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award) will be automatically removed from the Player's balance without compensation.
• Abuse: mc186 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts, or the exploitation of software errors.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus play, after full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.
• mc186 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the mc186 platform:

• Bet acceptance: mc186 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected match-fixing, erroneous odds, or system errors.
• Odds changes: Odds on sports markets may fluctuate up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. mc186 may adjust these limits on a per-account basis.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: event cancellation, a walkover, an abandoned fixture where fewer than the required minimum playing time has elapsed, or a confirmed data feed error.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Where one or more legs of a mix parlay wager are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining valid legs. If all remaining legs win, the payout is calculated on the reduced combination.
• Live / in-play betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. mc186 uses independent data feeds for in-play results and is not responsible for third-party data errors once a bet has been settled in good faith.
• Casino and RNG games: All casino, slot gacor, and RNG-based games on mc186 use independently certified random number generation. Results are final once a game round has concluded. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
• Self-exclusion during active bets: If a Player activates self-exclusion while active bets remain unsettled, those bets will be settled normally in accordance with the applicable market rules. The resulting funds (stake or winnings) will be held pending the expiry of the self-exclusion period.

Responsible Gaming

mc186 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. The platform offers the following player-protection tools, all accessible from the player dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session time limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual play sessions, after which the platform will prompt a session review.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration and cost of the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a formal self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mc186 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from an identified software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or KYC requirements through any means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mc186 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Upon detection of any Prohibited Conduct, mc186 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit the entire account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mc186 platform — including but not limited to the mc186 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mc186 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mc186 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or republishing any platform content without express written consent from mc186.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software.
• Using the mc186 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorized by mc186.

Privacy & Data

mc186 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data commitments include:

• All personal data and financial information is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• mc186 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player data is retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and thereafter securely deleted.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting mc186 support, subject to legal retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc186's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mc186 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions or delays in platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in third-party data feeds used for in-play settlement, results verification, or odds compilation, where mc186 acted in good faith on the available data.
• Any losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access not attributable to mc186's negligence.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments

mc186 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, mc186 will provide reasonable advance notice via one or more of the following channels: a notice on the platform homepage, an email to the registered address on file, or a notification within the player dashboard.

Continued use of the mc186 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on this page at any given time is the current operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting operations.

mc186 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players access the platform on the basis that they take sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

mc186 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are advised not to access the platform.

Any dispute between a Player and mc186 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
